Hummel Figurines were first made in 1935. They were based off the drawings of M.I. Hummel. Hummel figurines are made by the W.Goebel Pozellanfabrik in Germany. Genuine Hummel figurines will have a Goebel trademark on it. You can use this trademark to date your Hummel figurine. Use this Hummel age guide to determine the age of your figurine.

Hi Amy,
Original Hummel figurines were produced in West Germany (present day Germany). Hummel’s are one of the most reproduced figurines on the market. From your description I would have to say these are Hummel reproductions. The fair market value of your Hummel reproductions would be approximately $15.00 (USD) for the pair. You can send pictures of your figurines to Admin@antiques-prices.com and I will have a closer look.

What is the value of a 1935 Hummel lamp numbered 44/A with the number 27 engraved next to 44/A? It is a boy climbing an apple tree with dog at the base of the tree.
Hi Amy,
This lamp retails for $350-$650 (USD). This depends on age and condition. At auction you would see around $175-$350 (USD). With the condition of the economy these values can be even lower.
I have two figurines from my grandmother that I would like to know the value of. I believe she purchased them in Europe in the 30’s or 40’s…
1. Joyful: 4 inches, no chips, no crazing no box. On bottom: Incised Crown Mark, GERMANY, Made in US Zone, handwriting/signature.
2. Lets Sing: 3 inches, no chips, no crazing, no box. On bottom: 110/0, GERMANY, handwriting/signature.
Any information you can give me would be very appreciated. Thank you.
i have 4 different goebel rabbits two under pale blue umbrella code-kt 287 date 1965 with bee stamo two are dancing and the other two are salt and pepper, could you please give me some information about them
Hi Jill,
The estimated retail value of these figurines are:
Joyful – $350 – $450
Lets Sing – $400 – $500
Estimated Auction values are:
Joyful – 175
Lets Sing – 225
I based these values using the date stamp for the 1930’s. The values will vary some with the age and condition of the Hummel figurine.
Cheers,
Korin
Hi Diane,
I have been unable to find very much information on these Hummel figurines.
I can estimate the auction value at $30-50 per figurine. This is based on other similar Goebel Rabbit figurines. For more information on these figurines I would suggest taking them to a local auction house.
Cheer,
Korin
Thanks Korin!
Hello,
My aunt gave me a Baby Jesus figurine..he is about 5 inches long. He has a white and gold blanket, and according to your chart, he was made around 1950-1955. I also have 2 little angels that were made around the same time. I don’t see a number on any of them.
Do you know how much they may be worth?
Thank you!
Thanks for the info.
I have two hummels one I believe to be the Little Fiddler about 6 inches tall . It has the full bee and signature on base. The other is Chick girl with signature on base and stylized bee with W. Germany. It is about 4 inches tall and has57/0 with a very small 32 #.
Have any idea what they are worth?
Thanks.
@ Pam
Hummel # 57/0 ‘Chick Girl’ Trademark 3 retails for about $260-300 (USD)
Hummel # 4 ‘Little Fiddler’ Trademark 2 retails for about $450-550 (USD)
Auction prices or sale price will be about 1/3 of this value.
Cheers,
Korin
Hi Korin,
I have a Hummel print that 13.5in wide and about 18in tall.
It says in Large Bold Type:
Painted by Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel May 21, 1909 –
November 6,1949 Exclusively for Member of the Goebel Collectors’ Club.
under the print in small type:
M.I.Hummel Verlog Ars sacra Joseph Mueller-Munich- Printed in WGermany Ars sacra 28145.
It is a print of two girls and one is kissing the other.
How much is it worth?
I also have the: Farm Boy/Goose Girl Bookends number 55/1549. both are in great shape; no box.
How much are they worth?
Thank you so much,
Kim
i have three hummels from the 1960-63 era. they have the nummbers 3, 5 and 8 on them but no additional information. Can you please tell me what they are worth? One is a man holding a wine bottle, one is alitlle girl with a watering can and the other is a boy hiking. thanks!
Hi! I have been wondering about my grandmother’s Hummels for years now. My great grandmother brought a bunch of them back from Germany. They have the Hummel signature and the mold dates. However, most of them have no trademark markings at all. I am pretty sure that they are authentic and I believe I read somewhere that some of the earliest Hummels had no trademarks. Do you have any ideas about this? Thanks so much.
@Kim,
With the print it is hard to value and I would suggest seeking a appraiser that specializes in Hummel items. Most prints are about 25-30 dollars but since this is painted by Sister M.I. Hummel herself the value can be greater. Most auction houses should have someone that can help you with this and it is usually free.
I can give you a value on the bookends These are Hummel number 60 A & B. without knowing the trademark (TMK) $200-900 starting at $200 for TMK 8 (Present TMK) and $900 for TMK 1 (1st TMK 1935-1940)The value pretty much goes up $100.00 per TMK.
Cheers,
Korin
@ Jennifer,
The numbers you gave me dont match the Hummel you described. The Hummel number should be on the bottom of the figurines. It maybe hard to see using a magnifying glass can help.
Cheers,
Korin
@ Karen
There are a very early Hummels that do not have trademarks. These are very rear. The trademark stamp can look like a signature. Here is a good source for this information. If you have any questions please let me know.
Cheers,
Korin

I have a Happy Pastime hummel TMK1 with the incised wide crown. The head has apparently been reattached due to a fine line I can see around the neck. There is also a 1/2″ chip in her skirt. Is this worth anything since it has repairs? If so what would be a fair amount to ask?
Thank you!

Hi,

The crown and CW are stamped into the pottery and also stamped next to it. These belonged to my mother and i can remember them around the house all my remembering life, I am 67.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your helpful price guide!
I recently purchased 4, 4 1/2 – 5 inch porcelain figurines at an Estate sale. I was able to find pricing for my “Lost Stocking” figurine, but I am having trouble finding “Happy Traveler”, “Little Hiker” and “Happiness” figurines… Possibly may I have the names wrong? Are there figurines with these names?
Also, I purchased 2 vinyl 10 1/2 inch figurines/dolls. I have not been able to find anything about them.
They are both in perfect condition and have never been removed from their clear cylinder casing.
One is a little boy wearing a costume of black shorts with suspenders, a white short sleeve shirt, a red scarf around his neck, a green felt hat with a white feather, white socks and brown slippers. ( Sorry, butI don’t know the name of this style dress) He also came with a 5 inch beer stein, one large white radish and two small red radishes. (All vinyl)
The little girl is the same height and style. She is wearing a dress with an orange pattern with a purple pattern chest and orange pattern short sleeves. Her apron is off white with blue and red stripes. She is also wearing a light blue scarf with white flowers on her head. Also what looks to be a “white knitting bag” with four knitting needles. She has the same socks and slippers as the little boy has.
The markings on the back of their necks are: 2. M.J. Hummel, a letter c with a circle around it, Goebel with the makers mark of a full letter V with an upside down triangle inside it. They both have a tag around their neck with a long blue and white tie, attached is a round gold pendant that says “AUS DEM HAUSE GOEBEL” (As you can see, I am not familiar with Hummel figurines at all. Lol!)
If anyone could give me ANY information of these dolls it would be SO very much appreciated!!
Thank you!!
Amy

Hello!
I have a darling little dish/bowl with an incised crown TMK-1, and the incised letters O.F.1 or maybe D.F.1 The dish is blue and attached to the front is an all-white angel with pink wings, carrying a bunch of flowers with a pale pink rabbit at her feet. There are also some yellow flowers to the right of the figure attached to the side of the dish. The figure is 3.5 inches high and the dish is 4 inches wide.
It’s so unusual for Hummel that I have often wondered if it is a fake, although I have owned it for many years, and it certainly seems of the 30s/40s era.
Can anyone shed any light? Thanks so much. Nicky
